- Reliability – Performing services ahead of time and conforming to SLAs. Accuracy of results, service reliability, accessibility, on-time delivery, and accessibility are the key components here
- Facility – Use of advanced technology, availability of optimum manpower, global expertise, interoperability, and scalability are the key components here
- Conformance – Ability to meet established standards of Global-Ability’s operating standards. Systematic process design, process efficiency and effectiveness, and added value are the key components here
- Responsiveness – Speed of delivery, competence, risk management, and customer relationship are the key components here
- Security – Confidentiality of information, physical security, and financial security are the key components here
- Flexibility – Change management, re-scalability, innovation, and seamless process transition are the key components here
Quality is the cornerstone for every Global-Ability initiative. Hence, quality of service and deliverables keeping in mind your customers’ best interests in mind is of paramount importance. Global-Ability requires its Partner Network to strictly conform to the following quality milestones:
- Quality Assurance Plan – Definition of goals, risk assessment, assessing adequacy of approaches, documenting goals, customer satisfaction, focusing on iterative process improvement methodologies, and linking quality plans to key stakeholder imperatives
- Quality Management – Visibility of plans to project team members and stakeholders, integrated quality management, plan out measurement efforts, tracking of progress, monitoring metrics and trends to achieve quality goals, and defining KRAs
- Quality Control – Assessing qualitative and quantitative metrics, clear definition of goals, mapping of metrics to goals, identifying corrective measures, implementing best practices, and incorporating methods that support the overall quality control picture
- Continuous Improvement – Continually work within the process to find better ones, planning to accommodate future improvements, reviewing the project for growth and expandability, institutionalizing new processes, and incorporating TQM/CQI/CMM/Six Sigma goals
