Long Term Subscription:
If you want to delegate your tasks on a long term basis, Global-Ability will engage a resource or a team of resources to manage your task. Our teams will handle administrative tasks email management, calendar management, database management and updating, and much more. You typically can choose from the following options on a monthly basis:
- 10 hours/week
- 20 hours/week
- 40 hours/week
Global-Ability will make sure your tasks are delegated in a proper manner keeping in mind the best practices of service delivery. We will also employ a “buddy backup” system, where if one member of your project becomes unavailable for any reason, the other can pitch in, ensuring zero disruption to your tasks.
Hourly Subscription:
If you would like the engagement to follow a proper consulting-type approach, you can opt for an hour-based model. In this model, you can pay us for our services according to the number of hours used to complete your engagements. At the end of the day/week/2-weeks/month, we will send you a comprehensive billing report for approval and payment.
Fixed Bid Project:
When your project comes with a definite scope and time for completion, Global-Ability has a solution for it as well. Typically projects like website design and development, application development, drafting of business plans, etc. fall under this bracket. Typically the client and Global-Ability propose a fixed date of completion and plan the requisite workflow. Half the project costs are usually paid in advance.
Any change in the project such as modification of scope, artifacts, guidelines, etc. are incorporated likewise, communicated and included in the terms accordingly.
Global-Ability Engagement Model

- A detailed request describing the scope of engagement and the estimated deliverables
- Global-Ability will respond to your query with associated cost and time estimations
- We will also communicate the payment details to you
